When can I expect my order to be shipped?

We are committed to ensuring that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Once your artwork has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer free tracked shipping worldwide!

As we operate within a global production network, shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please refer to the following estimated delivery times:

• EU: 4-8 business days
• UK: 4-8 business days
• Australia: 4-8 business days
• US, Canada, Mexico: 4-8 business days
• Continental US: 5-10 business days
• Alaska and Hawaii: 7-12 business days
• Rest of the World: 7-14 business days

Will I have to pay taxes & duties?

Depending on your location, we can ship from the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe, and the UK. In the future, we will also ship to the UAE. In these zones, you will not need to pay any taxes or duties, as we cover all costs for you. If you reside outside of these zones, we recommend reaching out to your local postal service or customs bureau for more specific information.

International shipping times?

Our processing time is 3-5 days before shipping, excluding weekends.

International canvas orders typically arrive within 10-20 business days, while print orders usually take 10-15 business days.

You'll receive your tracking number via email once your product ships.

I need to change something on my canvas art order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to us promptly. We are delighted to accommodate size exchanges for the canvas, whether you need a larger or smaller size. Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Please initiate your request by emailing us at support@greattness.com and be sure to include 'EXCHANGE MY SIZE' as the subject line.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details, and we will assist you with the cancellation process.

When emailing us to cancel your order, please label the subject line as: CANCEL MY ORDER.

IMPORTANT: Please note that your refund may take up to 7 days to process after we receive your cancellation request.

Why was my order canceled?

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, it's likely that our fraud filter flagged it as potentially fraudulent. If you believe this is not the case, we recommend placing your order again using a PayPal account.

What does it mean if my order status says 'Unfulfilled'?

Unfulfilled" simply indicates that we've successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number, and your order status will change to "Fulfilled.

DAMAGED DELIVERY? (Please notify us within 48 hours)

In the event that the product arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service within 48 hours after delivery. We'll replace it for you right away. Please take a few photos of the damage and open a request via email at support@greattness.com.

Please refrain from attempting to repair damages yourself, as this will void the warranty of the item since we cannot verify the original damage.

LOST SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is lost due to an error by the carrier (and after the carrier's complaint process has been completed), Greattness.com will immediately resend the ordered product.

Product Care Instructions?

All of our canvases are quite durable and should resist most scratches, smudges, fingerprints, etc. You can dust canvases with a soft, dry cloth. If your canvas is damaged and needs deeper cleaning, you may try using a damp cloth.

What is your return policy?

30-Day Return Guarantee

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your canvas wall art, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return

Item Condition: The canvas wall art must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Authorization: Contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number before sending the item back.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How to Return Your Item

Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Service team via email or phone to initiate the return process.

Packaging: Carefully pack the canvas wall art in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation that were included.

Shipping: Use a trackable shipping service and keep the receipt. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Inspection: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.

Refund: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Exceptions

Custom Orders: Customized or personalized canvas wall art is not eligible for returns.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
